As a former People Director and board member with over two decades of experience, I design and facilitate bespoke leadership programmes, masterminds and coaching containers for individuals and organisations.
Get to know me
I was on the verge of burnout when I met Carolyne. My business was all consuming and I was constantly stressed and tired. It didn’t feel sustainable and my health and relationships were suffering. Carolyne helped me put boundaries in place and gave me tools to manage my energy and priorities. I feel so much more in control.
Carolyne has a very rare skillset and the ability to engage with teams at all levels. She partnered with our leadership team on a cultural change project and involved people from all over the business as part of the launch. It was a huge success and Carolyne continues to be an amazing mentor too.
I spent years struggling to understand some of my own destructive behaviours, that was, until I had the privilege of being coached by Carolyne. Wow, her questions really do hit you right between the eyes. Within a couple of sessions, we uncovered the root cause of certain behaviours, It was transformative and has completely changed my relationships and how I feel about myself.
