I was on the verge of burnout when I met Carolyne. My business was all consuming and I was constantly stressed and tired. It didn’t feel sustainable and my health and relationships were suffering. I spent years struggling to understand some of my own destructive behaviours, that was, until I had the privilege of being coached by Carolyne. Wow, her questions really do hit you right between the eyes. Within a couple of sessions, we uncovered the root cause of certain behaviours, It was transformative and has completely changed my relationships and how I feel about myself.
